October 7, 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Ever wish you could make your own yogurt? What about delicious fresh butter? Would you like to try your hand at cheese making? What is whey? How do you get buttermilk? At our dairy class, you will learn all of these things.

I will provide all of the materials and you will make butter, yogurt and cheese. You will go home with some freshly churned butter, a bit of buttermilk, and a quart of yogurt. The cheese won’t finish during class, but I will pre-make some cheese so we can enjoy it while we learn and you will understand the process so you can duplicate it at home.
